We are currently seeking a Junior Administrator to join a busy residential construction team, supporting both the Preconstruction and Customer Service functions.
This is a fantastic prospect for someone at the beginning of their career who is organised, eager to learn and looking for a company that will invest in their development.You'll work alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure to the residential construction process while developing your administration and coordination skills.The Role:Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider teamUpdating customer and project information across internal systemsAssisting with documentation,



reports and data entrySupporting the team with customer enquiries and follow-upsAssisting with the coordination of preconstruction activitiesHelping keep projects and customer files organised and up to dateTaking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience growsAbout You:Previous experience in administration, customer service or a similar office-based role within construction.Strong attention to detail and positive organisational skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalGood computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyA proactive and positive approach to your workThe ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a teamAn interest in the residential construction or property industryWhat's On Offer?
