You will lead the Animal Encounters Team, supervising keepers, hosts and volunteers to deliver engaging wildlife experiences while upholding high animal welfare standards.Reporting to the Animal Encounters leadership team, you will balance guest satisfaction with operational performance, training, coaching, and maintaining safety across outdoor settings and a busy public setting.
