The Practice at Clem Jones Centre provides integrated health care between GPs and co-located allied health professionals (including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, dietitian, psychology) and other medical specialists (including psychiatry, cardiology and ophthalmology).
This GP owned practice aims to provide high-quality patient care with a robust focus on health promotion and preventative health care.
