This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and helping keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly.About the RoleWorking as part of the warehouse leadership team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operation and support the warehouse team to achieve a safe, productive and efficient shift.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting warehouse staff throughout the shiftCoordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatchAllocating work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on timeSupporting forklift operators and warehouse staff on the floorMonitoring workflow and addressing issues as they ariseAssisting with stock accuracy,



stock rotation and general warehouse organisationEnsuring warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety standards are followedCommunicating effectively with the wider warehouse and management teamProviding hands-on support when required in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbout YouYou will be an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, or an existing Team Leader looking for a new chance.To be successful, you will have:Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Within food distribution, FMCG or cold-storage environmentsPrevious team leadership or supervisory experienceA current Forklift LicenceThe ability to lead by example and work alongside your teamStrong communication and organisational skillsA practical, hands-on approach to warehouse operationsA solid commitment to safety and following workplace proceduresThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer?
