Full time | Hands-on role | Warehouse + Field SupportWe're looking for a Stock & Logistics Lead to keep our stock, warehouse and installation teams moving efficiently.
This is a hands‐on role that sits between the warehouse, installers and office.
You'll be responsible for making sure our installers have the right stock each morning, stock levels are maintained, deliveries get where they need to go, and jobs are ready to go ahead as planned.What you'll be doingPrepare and load stock onto installer vehicles each morningOrder stock and maintain appropriate stock levels across the warehouse and remote locationsKeep the warehouse organised, accurate and running efficientlyReceive, check and put away incoming stockMonitor stock usage and identify upcoming requirementsDeliver stock and materials to installation sites when requiredVisit and roam installation sites to check progress and confirm jobs are readyCommunicate back to the office regarding site readiness, stock requirements and any issuesWork closely with installers,
suppliers and the office teamHelp coordinate materials between the warehouse and active jobsIdentify potential delays or stock shortages before they become problemsWhat we're looking forExperience in stock, logistics, warehousing, building/construction or a similar hands‐on environmentA positive understanding of stock levels and orderingStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA current driver's licence (manual licence preferred but not essential)A forklift ticket or willingness to obtainA willingness to spend time both in the warehouse, driving, and out on sitesGood attention to detail and a "get it done" attitudeMost importantly, we want someone who can keep the installers supplied, keep stock under control and keep the office well informed.If you're someone who likes being busy, enjoys a hands‐on role and takes pride in keeping things organised and moving, we'd love to hear from you.
