and training programsSupport leaders and teams through business and technology change initiativesContribute to continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies.You will be successful in this role if you have:2-4years' experience in Organisational Change Management or transformation rolesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperiencesupporting the deliveryofend-to-end change management activitiesAbility to simplify complex information into transparent and actionable messagesExperience developing communication, training, and adoption plansBachelor's degree in business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development, or related disciplineProsci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.Australian Citizen, baseline clearance required.Why Join Unisys?
