governance and workforce initiativesYou will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing pragmatic advice while helping strengthen culture, capability and P&C; practices across the organisation.About YouWe are looking for an experienced P&C; leader who combines robust relationship-building skills with the confidence to navigate complex people matters.You will ideally bring:Strong local government experience – essentialPrevious experience at P&C; Manager, HR Manager, Head of P&C; or equivalent levelStrong IR/ER knowledge and experience managing complex mattersExperience leading culture, transformation or organisational changeBroad exposure across HR, payroll, WHS and L&DConfidence; working with executives and senior stakeholdersA sound understanding of local government governance and operating environmentsA cooperative and approachable leadership style, balanced with the ability to make difficult decisions when requiredThis is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within an organisation undergoing change, with plenty of scope to shape and strengthen the People & Culture function.
