If you love the buzz of a busy operations desk, thrive on solving problems on the fly, and get a kick out of making sure every coach, driver and guest is exactly where they need to be, this role is for you.As our Reservations & Operations Coordinator, you'll be the glue between our office, our drivers and our guests - juggling bookings, dispatch and radio comms to keep our day tours and group charters running like clockwork.What you'll be doing:Entering FIT email bookings and current group bookings/amendmentsAnswering phone calls - queries, confirmations and current bookingsCompleting AM and PM checklists with confidenceHelping Operations dispatch coaches and fielding driver queries on pickupsCommunicating with drivers via radioAssisting agents and guides with confirmations and amendments by phoneBuilding rapport with drivers - understanding their restrictions,
