The candidate will act as a first point of contact for Institutional Banking (IB) clients, managing Transaction Banking queries and requirements.
This includes handling calls (onsite team), emails and enquiries raised via customer portals, to ensure seamless support across a wide range of Transactional Banking products such as Corporate Cards, Transactional Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services and CommBiz.
The role focuses on supporting IB clients across the entire life cycle - from onboarding and implementation to ongoing servicing and experience enhancement.
The candidate is expected to build robust client relationships by understanding client needs, industry context, and long-term objectives.

About you
