You will lead operational delivery, ensure safety, quality and culturally responsive practice while guiding staff and coordinating intake and referrals.The role requires a tertiary qualification in a related field or significant equivalent experience, robust leadership, risk and compliance understanding, and experience working with Aboriginal communities in the NT.
