An opportunity has become available at Superior Mini Mix for an experienced Concrete Batcherto support Concrete Operations for our Ingleburn based Concrete plant.This position is full time Monday to Friday.
Overtime and Saturday work is available in line with business and supply needs.This role would best be suited to someone who is versatile, has strong communication skills, strong leadership skills, a robust work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Previous batching experience will be highly advantageous.




A front end loader ticket and HR licence is essential.This role will require you to:Operate a loader fed concrete batch plantAllocate concrete deliveries each day to maximise efficiencyAssist with concrete plant maintenanceMaintain stock levels and place orders for raw materialsComply with company policy and safe work practicesDemonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an workplace of constant changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customersConfident working with computers and completing paperwork in a timely mannerWhat we offerFamily owned and operated businessSafe and reliable work environmentCompetitive hourly rates
