Job Description
With the Centre Manager & Director of Studies (CM-DoS), responsible for the success of the ELICOS centre, through the management of educational delivery:
to an industry-leading standard of qualityin accordance with the requirements of the regulatory setting
Qualifications
Essential:
A degree or diploma of at least 3 years full time or equivalent (teaching or other)A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method
Agile, talented educatorDetail sensitive, excellent initiative, time management, prioritization, and task completion skillsTeam player,



with strong interpersonal skillsHigh standards of written and spoken communication
Desirable:
CELTA and DELTA or Masters in TESOL or Applied LinguisticsIELTS, Cambridge exam preparation courses, Academic English teaching experienceExperience using classroom technology, online teaching and e-learning skillsStrong MS Office competencies, including Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience in developing, writing and managing high-quality teaching resources and materials
