We're growing our team and looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of our long-term rental portfolio.About the RoleYou will independently manage a portfolio of long-term rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling the full leasing lifecycle from tenant placement through to renewals and offboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end tenancy processes: leasing, inspections, renewals, and vacatesHandle landlord and tenant communications, resolving issues professionally and promptlyConduct routine and condition inspections, ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislationManage rent reviews, arrears,



and maintenance coordinationMaintain accurate records in property management softwareBuild and maintain robust landlord relationships to support client retentionEnsure compliance with the NSW Residential Tenancies Act and related regulationsRequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in residential property managementCurrent NSW Certificate of Registration (or Class 2 Real Estate Licence) - requiredStrong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and conflict-resolution skillsHighly organised, able to manage a busy portfolio independentlyProficiency with property management softwareOwn vehicle and driver's licence (for property inspections)What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusSupportive, close-knit team environmentOpportunity to grow with an expanding company
