supporting 2 senior Partners as well as other fee earners.While the role covers the full range of Legal Assistant responsibilities, billing is a significant component.
You'll be responsible for managing complex billing requirements and client-specific processes, so strong attention to detail and an appreciation for the importance of accurate billing will be essential.Managing complex billing processes and client-specific billing requirementsSupporting 2 Partners and other fee earners with their day-to-day legal support needsEnd-to-end file and matter management, from opening through to finalisationDiary, meeting and appointment coordinationPreparing legal documents, presentations and correspondenceAssisting with events, client activities and business development initiativesManaging competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorking collaboratively with the wider Legal Assistant and Administrative Assistant team
