Medical Practice Administrator (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon)
We're looking for a polite, bubbly and professional individual with a robust work ethic to join our small, friendly and growing team in a busy plastic surgery clinic.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, has excellent attention to detail and is confident taking initiative and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Providing warm, professional and personalised reception and administrative support via phone, email and SMS
Assisting patients throughout their experience with the practice
Assisting in scheduling consultations and appointments, both in person and over the phone
Discussing surgical procedures with patients and confidently answering general enquiries
Building robust, ongoing relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service
Verifying patient information and maintaining accurate, up-to-date medical records
Support with processing patient accounts, including Medicare and receipting.
Coordinating patient communications, including appointment reminders, test results and follow-ups
Assisting with pathology and medical documentation
Assisting with stock management,



inventory and ordering.
Liaising with key stakeholders including hospitals, tenants, surgeons, anaesthetists, cosmetic injectors, other medical practices and imaging practices
Supporting the clinical team with general administrative requirements as needed
Supporting administrative tasks such as medical certificates, fit-to-fly letters, tenant scheduling, social media etc.,

Experience
Previous experience in a medical, surgical, cosmetic or allied health setting is highly regarded
Experience using Genie Medical Software is highly regarded
Previous practice administration experience is preferred
Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills will also be considered
