The Role
You'll be out on the road completing smoke alarm inspections, maintenance, and upgrades across residential properties.
This is a mobile role covering the Gold Coast & Northern NSW.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting smoke alarm compliance inspectionsPerforming routine maintenance & battery replacementsInstalling and upgrading smoke alarmsGenerating compliance reports & invoices onsitePicking up/dropping off keys and liaising with agentsCommunicating with property managers, landlords & tenantsManaging your daily schedule and workload
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)Valuable communication skills, you'll deal with clients dailyAbility to work independently on the roadOrganised and able to manage a schedulePhysically capable (ladders, ceiling access, etc.)Valid Driver's LicenceExperience in trades, maintenance, electrical or similar = a bonus
No experience with smoke alarms?
Fine.
We'll train the right person.
