As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for triaging incoming Claims.
You'll work alongside our high performing and dedicated team of Loss Adjusters, and assist in progressing claims towards settlement.Key responsibilitiesFirst point of contact for recent claims and instructions from InsurersEffectively triage, seek guidance, and determine next steps to progress claimsGather, prepare and check all documentation for accuracyInstruct service providers and suppliers, on direction from Loss AdjustersAssist Loss Adjusters establish appointments for greatest efficiency in managing their caseload and site inspectionsMeet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance IndicatorsEnsure Contractual, Statutory and General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP) requirements are metRecord all required information in our proprietary claims systemMaintain timely response to all communications giving explicit and accurate adviceAssist with invoicing and other administrative functionsAbout youMinimum 3 years in General Insurance claims,
