We are seeking a highly motivated Orthodontic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.Our ideal candidate will have the following:A high level of initiative and motivationBe well presented, reliable and have a strong work ethicHave good time management skillsA high level of communication and interpersonal skillsA team – orientated individual and positive attitudeFlexible availability and able to work between the hours of 7.30am to 7.30pm Mon – FriAvailable to work Saturday from 8am-2pmGreat phone mannerAbility to build rapport with patients and their familyTasks & ResponsibilitiesGreet and prepare patients for orthodontic proceduresTake and record patient medical historiesProvide post-procedure care instructions and answer patient questionsAssist in stock controlCommunicate effectively with patients, orthodontists and other healthcare professionalsProvide transparent instructions and explanations to patients about procedures and oral careThis role is perfect for someone who wants excellence in their everyday activities, displays a vibrant personality, has attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced setting.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
