We're growing our team and looking for a warm, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who shares our commitment to walking alongside families with care, expertise, and understanding.About the RoleAs our Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a key role in helping children build the communication skills they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and educationally.
You'll work closely with children, families, and educators — specialising in early intervention and providing meaningful, individualised support every step of the way.What You'll DoConduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children with additional needsDevelop and deliver individualised, goal-focused therapy plansWork collaboratively with families, carers,



and educators to support progress across home and school settingsProvide transparent, compassionate guidance and resources to parents and carersCollaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including behaviour support and social/inclusion specialistsMaintain thoughtful, accurate clinical documentationWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, with current registration/membership (e.g. Speech Pathology Australia)Experience working with children, ideally in early intervention or paediatric settingsA genuine passion for supporting children and families with additional needsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA cooperative, empathetic approach to careNDIS experience highly regarded (or willingness to learn)Why Join Aster and Sweetpea?
