As a mechanic based at Coates Albert Park workshop, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet of hire equipment secure, reliable, and ready for our customers.
We value transferable skills and welcome applications from qualified diesel fitters, mechanics, automotive technicians, agricultural mechanics and heavy vehicle technicians looking to apply their experience in a new industry.
Your typical day will focus on:
Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and overhauls on a range of plant and equipmentDiagnosing and repairing mechanical faultsMaintaining accurate service and repair recordsMinimising equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and efficient repairs
What you'll bring to the role:




Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience working with diesel and petrol engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 12-volt electrical systemsTroubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance experienceCurrent driver's licence (HC or HR beneficial but not required)Forklift and EWP tickets (beneficial but not required)
