Marketing, Content & Social Media AssistantThis is a hands-on role supporting Opus Media Group and a diverse portfolio of client accounts across a range of industries.
You'll help create engaging content, manage social media platforms, design marketing assets and support our creative and digital marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the founders, you'll gain practical agency experience, develop recent skills and contribute to real client projects while building a solid foundation for your marketing career.Key responsibilitiesDevelop social media content ideas and content calendarsWrite engaging captions tailored to different platformsSchedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTokMonitor engagement and assist with community managementAssist with monthly reporting and performance reviewsDesign social media graphics, carousels, stories and marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)Create presentations,



proposals and other marketing collateralAssist on client content shoots, capturing photography and video contentAssist with campaign preparation across paid and organic marketingAbout youA genuine interest in marketing, content creation and social mediaA solid eye for design and visual storytellingConfidence using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus)An understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTokBasic video editing skills using CapCut or similar softwareStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA proactive attitude and willingness to learnAbout usOpus Media Group is a growing media agency based in Western Sydney.
