The ideal candidate would drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:Providing strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales Team.Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue goals.Identify and grow current partnerships and key opportunities.Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.Liaise with Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams.Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.Maintain strong internal relationships and update knowledge regularly.About You3 + years sales experience in building,
