An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Executive Team Assistant to join a leading Banking organisation, providing high level support to three Directors and their wider teams - noting the wider teams will be minimal assistance.Working within a busy, high performing environment, this is a diverse and fast paced role requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple competing priorities.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders while also providing seamless day-to-day support across the broader team.Your responsibilities will include:Complex diary and calendar management across three DirectorsCoordinating internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholdersManaging domestic and international travel arrangements and itinerariesProcessing expenses and invoicesPreparing meeting materials, presentations and documentationCoordinating team meetings, events, functions and offsitesManaging meeting rooms,



catering and other logisticsProviding broader administrative support across the teamActing as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersAnticipating the needs of the Directors and proactively resolving diary clashes and competing prioritiesSupporting ad hoc projects and team initiatives as requiredWe are looking for an experienced Assistant or Team Assistant who thrives in a busy corporate workplace and enjoys being at the centre of a high performing team.You will need previous EA/Team Assistant experience supporting multiple senior executives, A proactive, solutions focused approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities and a collaborative, team focused attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished assistant who enjoys a team-oriented environment and wants to work alongside senior leaders within Banking.
