Noverity is currently recruiting for an experienced lifestyle qualified to join a high-quality aged care and retirement living workplace located approximately 8km north of Sydney CBD.This role would suit someone who is confident developing and delivering engaging lifestyle programs for older people and has previous experience supporting people living with dementia.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and delivering individual and group lifestyle activitiesDeveloping programs around residents' interests,



abilities and individual needsProviding engaging activities for people living with dementiaBuilding robust relationships with residents and their familiesMonitoring participation and adapting programs where requiredMaintaining relevant documentation and progress notesWorking alongside the wider care and wellbeing teamAssisting with larger activities, events and community initiativesAbout YouCertificate IV in Leisure & Health / Leisure & Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or a related qualificationPrevious experience in aged care, retirement living or community careExperience working with people living with dementiaA genuine passion for improving the lives of older peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisation and ability to work independentlyCurrent First Aid & CPRNational Police CheckAustralian Driver LicenceFull Australian working rightsAdditional InformationMonday to Friday | Full-time permanent opportunityMake a genuine difference to the wellbeing of older AustraliansSydney location – Lower North Shore, Sydney NSW
