We are looking for a hands‐on Tech Team Lead to guide a team of developers in Sydney working on our Performance platform.
This is a 70% leadership / 30% hands‐on role where you'll set the tech direction, write code, mentor the team, and help us smarten up our dev workflows with modern AI tools with React.js, Node.js and AWS.What you'll be doing:Lead the team (70%): Own the tech roadmap, coach three awesome devs, partner with Product, and lead architectural decisions.Stay hands‐on (30%): Write code, run code reviews, design APIs, and integrate up-to-date systems across React, Node and AWS.Drive quality & delivery: Set high standards for our codebase, handle secure deployments, and jump in to solve complex tech issues when needed.Embrace AI‐assisted dev: Lead how we safely use AI dev tools (like Claude Code/Codex) to speed up our builds without sacrificing quality.What you bring:Solid architecture, API design,
