(Please note that Australian working rights and fabrication experience are essential.)Competitive hourly rates (experience/skill-based)Full-time, reliable employment with scheduled daily overtimeClean, up-to-date, and well-equipped manufacturing facilitySupportive team with leadership that values work-life balanceOn-site parking at our Larapinta locationBe part of a team driven by quality and exceptional craftsmanship.About the roleAs a Boilermaker/Fabricator, you'll fabricate and assemble trailer components from technical drawings, working alongside experienced tradespeople in a modern facility.Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:fabricating and assembling aluminium and steel trailer componentsMIG welding to a high standard of precisionreading and interpreting technical drawingsoperating cutting and machining tools for aluminium fabricationmaintaining a focus on quality and safety throughoutworking closely with experienced tradespeople to ensure consistency.What we're looking forFull Australian working rights essentialQualified Boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication) or min. 2 years fabrication experience essentialValid driver's licence and reliable transport essentialStrong ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawingsSound mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityReliable, proactive team player with robust communication skillsManufacturing or trailer-building experience highly regardedCurrent High Risk Work Licence (LF – forklift) advantageousAbout usTRU GRIT Australia is a Larapinta-based manufacturer specialising in high-quality, purpose-built aluminium trailers for the bulk haulage and freight industry.
