As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
This is a full-time role based in our Myer Miranda concession store.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performanceProvide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customersLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail teamImplement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growthEnsure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentationMonitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectivesWhat we're looking forMinimum 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industryStrong leadership and people management skills,
