We are seeking a Part-Time Dental/Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team, working within a surgical practice.
This role would be suited to someone seeking skilled progression to further grow and develop within the dental/medical industry.
Working within a specialist Oral and Maxillofacial practice this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated, has a good work ethic and enjoys a rapid-paced work environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Taking of incoming phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries via emailProviding patients with surgical estimates, booking procedures and coordinating post-op appointmentsLiaising with Medicare, private health funds,



hospitals and referrersBilling/receipting of patient accountsSupporting other staff with day-to-day administration of the practiceSkills and Experience:Previous experience in Dental/Medical Reception desirableSelf-motivated, great work ethic and a team playerExceptional communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to multitask, troubleshoot and problem solveWillingness to learn and contributeFriendly and positive attitudeConfidence and ability to navigate a PC computerWhy Us?
