The business has coverage along the eastern seaboard, with concentration in the South East corner of Queensland, and provides services to the Commercial, Education, Healthcare,



Aged Care and Medical Sectors.About the Role:Provide robust leadershipConduct site visits as per a defined scheduleCarry out inspection reports and manage associated activityStaff TrainingCarry out inductionsManage compliance to the OH&Sand; Compliance SystemManage and monitor periodical cleaning activities across multiple sitesEnsure rosters and budgets are in place across all sites and they are adhered toThe Successful Candidate:Industry Knowledge - cleaning and facility servicesExperience in supervising multiple site operationsFlexible approach to managing sites and outcomesExperience in working in both commercial and education environmentsHave a passion for excellence and compliance to systems and processesExcellent communication skills; both written and verbalBe self-motivated, ateam player and be flexibleMust have a Blue Card and Police CheckThis is a Monday to Friday role with occasional support on weekends as required.
Flexibility with work times is essential.The role will be provided with motor vehicle allowance plus mobile phone, laptop and tablet.
