Civil Supervisor (FIFO/DIDO & Local work)Durack Civil are seeking a Civil Supervisor/Foreman to assist on numerous TMR, Government Road Projects and Subdivisions within the Northern QLD region.Experience:Preferably min 5 years roads and drainage structures experience working with TMR or local council specifications.Role:Supervision and coordination of construction crews including subcontractors, suppliers, plant and equipmentLeading the production, support and delivery of projects including site management experienceEffective programming of daily worksManaging all employees including completing timesheetsVerification of subcontractor's workMinor purchasing in accordance with proceduresConduct training and inductions on siteCoordinate incident/emergency and near miss forms and registers being completed when necessaryUse ITP's progressively throughout the work process and initiate testing,



non-conformance reports where appropriateResponsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, specifications, regulations and standard.Ensure that plant, equipment, staff and subcontractors operate within secure working conditions and ensure that all operations meet the environmental, safety and legislative requirements.Be positive and proactive in their approach to the coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and identify and develop staff within the department for the benefit of the organisation and to meet future growth and needs of the company.Responsible for a productive team workplace where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
