About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right hand, supporting the team, driving sales and helping create a welcoming, inspiring space for every customer who walks through the door.
When the Store Manager is away, the store is in your hands.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team
Creating an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
Driving sales and helping the team achieve their KPIs
Bringing the brand to life through visual merchandising and styling
Assisting with stock, rosters and day-to-day store operations




Confidently stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
About You
You lead by example and love seeing your team succeed
You're passionate about customer experience and creating genuine connections
You have a solid eye for fashion, styling and current trends
You're results-driven and love working towards (and exceeding) targets
You bring positive energy and truly embody the Tree of Life spirit
What You'll Bring
1+ years' experience in a retail supervisory or 2IC role (fashion highly regarded)
A genuine interest in developing your leadership skills
Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak trade periods
