You'll be on site Monday - Saturday.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plansDelivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractorsConducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviewsBuilding relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholdersLeading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actionsWhat You'll Bring:Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (a must!)3 + years experience in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sitesStrong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirementsPrevious experience on unit builds or large-scale commercial projects is idealHammertech
