We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our rental department in Artarmon, with a robust focus on quality control, workflow planning, team performance, and time management.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and supporting a small rental equipment operations team to deliver exceptional serviceEnsuring high accuracy and speed in rental contract preparation and dispatchPlanning daily workflows to meet tight turnaround times and client expectationsOverseeing inventory control and equipment availabilityDriving continuous improvement across rental processes and systemsCollaborating with sales, service, and admin teams to ensure seamless customer deliveryReporting on key performance indicators and team progress
About you:
You're a proactive, organised leader with a knack for people and process.
You thrive in fast-paced environments where quality, clarity,



and teamwork are non-negotiable.Previous experience in a coordination, team lead or supervisor role (rental, logistics or technical preferred)Excellent time and workflow management skills—you keep operations running like clockworkStrong people management skills with a coaching and performance mindsetHigh attention to detail with a commitment to service qualityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for continuous improvement and doing things "easier and faster"
