We're now growing that network further across the state, and expanding into New South Wales and Victoria.About the RoleLeonard Homes is expanding its franchise network across Australia, and we're looking for a driven, sales-focused Franchise Recruitment Manager to lead that growth.
This is a full pipeline role — from following up franchise leads, through discovery sessions, closing the sale, and onboarding current franchisees into the network.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up and convert inbound franchise leadsRun discovery sessions with prospective franchiseesManage the full sales process from first contact to signed franchise agreementOnboard new franchisees, setting them up for successRepresent Leonard Homes at trade shows, expos, and networking events to build the pipelineExpand the Leonard Homes franchise footprint into new territories across AustraliaDevelop and support marketing initiatives — including video content, brochures,



and pamphlets — to drive lead generation and brand presenceAbout YouStrong sales background, ideally with experience in franchise sales, business development, or similarFranchising experience highly regarded — prior work within a franchise network, or having owned/operated a franchise, is a solid advantageComfortable and capable across marketing and content — video, print collateral, and sales materialsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independentlyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsWhat We OfferUncapped sales commission on successful onboarding of current franchiseesOngoing performance bonuses tied to the long-term success of onboarded franchisesOpportunity to play a key role in the national growth of an established Queensland building brandKPIs will be attached to lead conversion and franchise growth targets, with the bonus structure designed to reward onboarding franchisees who go on to perform well.
