Our fleet is the backbone of our operation - and we treat it that way.The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:Service & Maintain Our FleetWood chippersStump grindersEWP trucksPassenger vehicles & utesTrailers and specialist equipmentRace Car PreparationSpice things up by doing some prep work on the championship winning Pro-Cut Tree Services Holden MonaroFabrication and engineering repairs/developmentBreakdown response across metro MelbourneDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faultsKeep downtime to an absolute minimumPreventative MaintenanceDevelop and manage service schedulesImplement systems to prevent costly breakdownsMaintain compliance and safety standardsWorkshop ManagementRun and organise our Kilsyth workshopManage parts inventory and supplier relationshipsMaintain tools, equipment, and workshop standardsContribute to fleet upgrades and improvementsWho We're Looking ForYou are:Highly organised and take pride in your workshopExperienced with hydraulics,
