Due to continued growth in , we are seeking experienced Electricians to join our team.This is a great prospect to secure long-term, stable employment with strong EBA conditions and career progression.About the RoleYou will be working on civil electrical infrastructure projects including network construction, upgrades and maintenance across NSW.
The role involves both day and occasional night works, with overtime available.Certificate III in ESI – Electrotechnology ElectricianCurrent Electrical Licence (NSW)ASP1 accreditation (Preferable but not essential)ASP statutory refresher training up to date (Preferable but not essential)Ability to travel when requiredAbility to pass pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screeningWhat We're Looking ForStrong commitment to WHS and complianceExperience working on Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy networks (highly regarded)Ability to work both independently and within a crewReliable with strong work ethic and attendance recordPhysically fit and capable of working in outdoor environmentsPositive attitude and team-first mindsetWhat We OfferFull-time permanent position under EBA conditionsHourly rate: $60 per hour (dependent on experience)40-hour week (with 2 hours banked toward monthly RDO)Monthly RDOOvertime with penalty ratesRain days4 weeks annual leaveSick leave & carer's leaveLong Service Leave (portable LSL Corporation)Bereavement leavePPE provided (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)Prospects for upskilling and internal promotionWhy Join Wilken?
