family fun days and social eventsKey Responsibilities:Conduct virtual assessments of insured residential propertiesPrepare scopes of works and determine the most appropriate repair solutionsProvide technical advice on policy coverage, repair methods and claim outcomesManage claims through the repair process, ensuring quality, compliance and customer satisfactionBuild strong relationships with customers, builders and internal stakeholdersComplete reports and documentation within agreed service standardsAssist during catastrophe (CAT) events as requiredWe are looking for someone with:Residential building, construction, estimating, restoration or insurance assessing experienceStrong understanding of residential building methods and repair processesExperience preparing accurate scopes of works for insurance or construction projectsStrong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with builders and customersStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple claimsA customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes
