We are building a kitchen that takes its food seriously and its attitude lightly, and we need a reliable kitchen hand to keep it running.This is a hands-on role at the heart of the kitchen.
You will work alongside our chefs across prep, dish and the daily reset, keeping the section clean, stocked and moving through service.What you will doWash, clean and keep the kitchen and equipment to a high standardSupport the chefs with prep: washing, peeling, portioning, basic mise en placeReceive and put away deliveries, rotate stock, keep the coolroom and dry store tidyTake out bins, manage rubbish and recycling,



handle the end-of-shift clean downKeep on top of the dish flow so service never backs upWhat we are looking forAvailable across the week including weekends.
