This is a hands‐on supervisory position suited to a tradesperson ready to take ownership of some sites.
You will still be on the tools, while running the day to day delivery of high quality fit‐outs in various sectors.Key responsibilitiesSupervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades on siteInstallation of cabinetry, fixtures, fittings and light carpentry worksReading and interpreting plans, technical drawings, and specificationsManaging site programme, sequencing, and daily labour allocationSite establishment, inductions, SWMS review, and toolbox talksQuality control, progressive inspections, defect management, and handoverLiaising with project managers, clients, building management, and consultantsOrdering materials, collecting and delivering materials between sites,
