You report to the FOH Assistant Manager and/or FOH Manager and work closely with them on the day-to-day.You'll be responsible for:Leading your shift and directing the FOH team on the floorManaging sections, seating flow and kitchen–floor communicationCoaching team members in the moment and reinforcing service standardsHandling guest feedback and resolving issues as they come upSupporting opens, closes and handoversAbout YouRecent FOH experience in a busy café, restaurant or table-service venueExperience as a Supervisor, Shift Leader, or senior team member ready to step upConfidence directing a team under pressureReliable, accountable, and genuinely hospitableHighly regarded: coffee/barista experience, rostering or labour management exposure.AvailabilityWeekend availability essential.
Shifts primarily begin at 7:30AM.
Flexibility across the operating week required.
