Never Enough is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We are a Fortitude Valley wine bar and restaurant serving a seasonal, produce-driven menu with bold European and Iberian influences. This is an prospect to work closely with the Executive Chef and contribute to a developing food program.

n Full-time | $75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience
n

Manage your section through preparation and service
n
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
n
Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control
n
Support and train junior kitchen staff
n
Maintain excellent food-safety and cleanliness standards
n
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes
n

About you
n
n
Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience
n
Previous Chef de Partie or robust Demi Chef experience
n
Organised, reliable and composed during busy services
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
Available to work evenings and weekends
n
Full Australian working rights
n

$75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience

Full-time position based on 38 ordinary hours per week
