We are recruiting for a Training Administrator Officer to join our Mackay office, supporting continued growth across our projects.
In this role, you will help ensure every recent starter is compliant, confident, and ready to hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new employeesBook pre-employment checks and QLD Coal Board medicals (ResHealth)Organise and manage inductions (QLD Coal, site-specific, and high-risk work)Maintain training and compliance requirements across all project teamsKeep employee training records and documentation accurate and up to dateMaintain and update skills and compliance matricesSupport training needs analysis for shutdowns and long-term contractsAssist with general office and phone operations when required
What We're Looking For
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detailClear and confident communication skills across all levelsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with BMA, Glencore induction systems, and QLD Coal Board medicalsPrevious experience in training administration, onboarding, mobilisation,



or workforce compliance (highly regarded)
