What is the role?
n
You'll be supporting senior lawyers across a range of personal injury matters, playing a key role from file opening through to resolution. Your day will be varied, hands-on, and never dull.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing end-to-end file administration;
n
Drafting correspondence, court documents and briefs;
n
Liaising with clients, medical providers, barristers and insurers;
n
Diary management, court dates and key deadlines;
n
Assisting with preparation for mediations, conferences and hearings; and
n
Providing warm, skilled client service during sensitive matters.

What are we looking for?
n
n
Previous experience as a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal;
n




Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
n
Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic approach;
n
Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines; and
n
Proactive, team-focused and solutions-oriented.
