In this position, you will manage and oversee our asset portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
The Finance Officer Assets is responsible for assisting the Asset Accountant with the review and validation of the Asset Register, supporting the completion of a comprehensive review to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of asset data for financial reporting, asset management, and capital planning purposes.About the CandidateProven experience in financial management,
particularly in asset accounting or administrationStrong analytical skills with high accuracy in financial data handlingExcellent proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suiteSound understanding of financial regulations and compliance standardsEffective communication and organisational skillsNice to Have Skills:Knowledge of asset management systems and ERPsExperience with auditing and financial reportingFamiliarity with procurement and inventory processesPreferred Education and Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or asset rolesOther Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to occasionally travel for asset audits or related meetingsWork Environment3 months contract$41-$46 per hour depending on experience.
