BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Residential Manager for Cooinda Court, an aged care home on a large campus. You will provide clinical leadership, manage resources, and drive a resident‐centred culture with solid financial discipline to meet budgets and quality standards.

You will lead staff, optimise AN‐ACC scoring, and sustain care excellence across the home while aligning with BaptistCare values and governance requirements. This is a senior operational role on site at Cooinda Court.
