Burbank & Brown Lawyers and Conveyancers is a highly regarded law firm based in Nowra with a branch office in Vincentia on the South Coast of Current South Wales. We practise in the areas of family law, wills and estates, conveyancing, litigation, debt recovery and criminal law.

We are looking for a full time receptionist.
n
The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy professional team. No two (2) days are the same.
n
To be considered for the position you must have:
n

Experience in customer service and client management
n
Ability to work autonomously and proactively to support our diverse client base
n
Desire to support a close knit qualified legal team
n
Can-do attitude (and willingness to learn)
n
Eye for detail and strong organisational skills
n




Ability to be flexible and multi-task
n
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Answering telephone calls and prioritising and directing calls effectively;
n
Diary management and appointment scheduling;
n
Bulk scanning and copying;
n
Maintaining protected custody register;
n
Maintaining office presentation and cleanliness;
n
Certifying and witnessing of legal documentation;
n
Filing routine correspondence;
n
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail;
n
Basic cash recipting and invoicing; and
n
Preparation of simple correspondence.

Additional qualifications:
n
n
Justice of the Peace qualification
n
Workplace legal experience
n
Experience with LEAP
