Job Description
As a Night Duty Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and delivering protected, person-centred care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with care staff and/or allied health professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards.

Undertake clinical assessments and monitor resident health and wellbeing.
n
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
n
Respond to clinical incidents and emergencies as required.
n
Supervise and support care staff during night shifts.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records.
n
Liaise with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals.
n
About you
n
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
Previous experience in aged care, acute care, or community nursing.
n
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Sound knowledge of aged care standards and clinical governance.
n
Ability to work independently and lead a team during night shifts.
n
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
