HammondCare is seeking an experienced full time Occupational Therapist to support residents across dementia-specific residential homes in the Hunter region. The role entails working three days at Waratah, one day at Cardiff and one day at Scone, NSW, with travel between sites often required.

You will join a recent internal Allied Health team, delivering resident-centered care, collaborating with a MDT, and pursuing evidence-based practice to improve quality of life for older people.
