The Role
n
You'll be out on the road completing smoke alarm inspections, maintenance, and upgrades across residential properties.
n
This is a mobile role covering the Gold Coast & Northern NSW.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Conducting smoke alarm compliance inspections
n
Performing routine maintenance & battery replacements
n
Installing and upgrading smoke alarms
n
Generating compliance reports & invoices onsite
n
Picking up/dropping off keys and liaising with agents
n
Communicating with property managers, landlords & tenants
n
Managing your daily schedule and workload
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Robust work ethic (non-negotiable)
n
Positive communication skills, you'll deal with clients daily
n
Ability to work independently on the road
n
Organised and able to manage a schedule
n
Physically capable (ladders, ceiling access, etc.)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Experience in trades, maintenance, electrical or similar = a bonus
n
n
No experience with smoke alarms? Fine.
n
We'll train the right person. Attitude > experience.
