Tynan Motors in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our busy service centre and drive outstanding customer service. This role reports to the Group Service Manager and works alongside another Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will coach service advisors, delegate and schedule work, communicate effectively with customers, and monitor CSI performance. A solid track record in ERA/ERA Net and Power systems is highly regarded.
